Can you tell us how unit A calls unit B?
What search rules do you have?
Do you have any transforms?
Can you provide more of you relevant configuration?

Hi there,
Unit A calls unit B by dialing 2002 or 2003 vice versa.
I have only 1 search rule and no transforms.

First thing to try is to change "On successful match" from "stop" to "continue".
Also, Maintenance--->Tools--->Locate is a very handy tool which will show you, in most cases, where/why the search fails.

The search history page will also be useful for troubleshooting these types of issues.
Can you verify that when you go to Status > Registrations > By alias, that the 'Alias' column shows these two registrations as exactly '2002@vcs.xxx.local' and '2003@vcs.xxx.local' (Or the actual domain you are using, rather), and that the search history shows that the LocalZone is being searched with the same destination alias?

Hi there,
thanks for your info.
Is there something missing? Or some licenses or option key that i have missed out?

Can you paste the entire search history for this search, and not just the top part?

Hi Andreas, Thanks for your assistance. Apparently i have the exact setup and config on the VCS-Express starter pack with FINDme option that works fine. Not too sure what defers from the VCS-C without fineme.

This part is interesting:
"Service unavailable" does not look quite right. Is 10.10.13.10 the IP address of the 2002@vcs.esuria.local endpoint? What type of endpoint is this, EX60 or EX90? And what software version is it running?
