Hi,
I am to start a VCS implementation at our office setup.
Got VCS X7.1 MCU 4505 4.3(1.68) & CUCM 8.6.2
To start with i got 2 x MX300 and 1 x MX200 unit.
on CUCM th eend points work fine as 2way. How to verify that i have enough licenses for the VCS and MCU to start configuration. as the VCS overview gives the following output. As all the setup is on LAN/WAN no firewall involved do i need these licenses?
Non-traversal call licenses | Current | 0
Peak | 0 | |||||||
Since last restart | 0 | |||||||
License limit | 0 | |||||||
Traversal call licenses | Current | 0
Peak | 0 | |||||||
Since last restart | 0 | |||||||
License limit | 0 | |||||||
Registration licenses | Current | 1
Peak | 1 | |||||||
Since last restart | 2 | |||||||
License limit | 2500 |

The VCS-C should come with 10 non-traversal and 100 traversal licenses, unless things have changed since we bought ours...
You'll need both; non-traversal for h323<-->h323 or sip<--->sip calls within the organisation, and traversal licenses for interworking h323<--->sip and IPv4<--->IPv6 calls within the organisation.
