One of our Client requires a Video Conference Solution with minimum number of Devices or minimum total cost.
-- They have a Conference room (8 Chairs). They already have a 55' LED Display on this Conference Room with HDMI, VGA etc.
-- They do not have a Microphone or Camera
-- They have Cisco Switches and ASA Firewalls , also Public IPs
-- They do not have a Cisco Call Manager or Any other Call Control or Conference Units etc.
FEATURE REQUIREMENTS :-
Please Let me know a Solution for this , including what all devices or units are required for this ?

Hi,
The simple solution for this is to use the public IP your client have and NAT it with their private IP which they would be using for VC. As far as hardware is concerned, you could go for SX20 in CISCO. But I would suggest you to also have a MCU unit along with for multi point conferencing.

Hello,
You can have a Cisco Room Video-Endpoint registered on Webex (Cloud Registration) to be able to join video-calls not only from Cisco but also from other Collaboration Platforms (https://www.webex.com/us/en/solutions/interoperability.html).
Also you can have ideas on how you can setup your room(s) from Workspace Designer (https://www.webex.com/us/en/workspaces/workspace-designer.html)
I would strongly suggest to locate and consult a Certified Cisco Partner to assist you accordingly.
