Hi, I have problem with TANDBERG 1700 . green and red lights turn on together.
and device doesn’t shows anything on the screen. When I connected it with pc (serial cable),
it shows error : Reset status: 0x00000013 = CHECKSTOP EXTSOFTRESET EXTHARDRESET
Can You help to solve problem please?

In all likelihood you have a hardware problem, that unit is upwards of ten or more years old. Cisco stopped supporting those well over a year ago.
Time for a replacement!

The 1700 MXP units are extremely old. They went end of sale in 2012, and end of support at the end of Feb 2017. Even if you were able to find someone with parts to repair it, it's probably not worth the effort. I'd highly recommend that you consider replacing it with something more recent and supportable such as the Cisco Webex DX80.
