What kind of Lisence require a TelePresence end-point on CUCM

I been looking everywhere trying to find the corect lisence for an MX300 and SX20... i found out there there is a telepresence rom license but cant find de part number for a lisence... can sombody help me with the product number?

Its been a while but i found a document where it was a nice diagram about CUWL and UWL's and what kind of divices supor each lvl of lisence fut now i cant find it

Hi Karim,

for registering SX20 and MX300 on CUCM, below are the requirements:

1. SX20 and MX300 should be on software version TC 5 or later

2. CUCM 8.6.2 or later

with above, you will be able to register devices natively on CUCM

So there is no CUWL or WUL need for adding this telepresence to CUCM?

Licensing model has changed between 8.6.x & 9.x. So until we get to know the CUCM version cannot comment further.

is it a 9.1 if not wrong ... i still have to talk with our client but my sales contact said 9.1

Hi Karim,

You need to go for Enhanced UCL or CUWL -PRO licenses.

Also LIC-TP-9X-ROOM is required for SX and MX products.
