Adding LDAP Server to Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning 10.5.1

Guys,

I need some help,

In my the prime server i tried many times to add an LDAP Server but i always get "Test Failed" Result,

I tried all LDAP ports and with & Without SSL

Could anyone help me with a working sample of LDAP Config in the prime server?
