AMIS with Unity and Meridian not work on both ways

Hi,

Unity 3.1(5) VM with Exchange 5.5 on box, integrated with Meridian system via AMIS.

At the beginning, the AMIS can work on both way. Recently the customer reported that it could not work.

Tested AMIS, from Unity sending message to Meridian system, on Unity server, could not find the outbound calling on any ports, and no NDR received on the originating unity mailbox. If from Meridian system, sending message to unity, the same situation experienced, which mean no NDR received on Meridian system. Somehow,the messages were lost on somewhere.

Looked the services are working well. Any ideas?

There are several places along the delivery path where the AMIS messages could be getting stuck. Please follow the AMIS troubleshooting guide to determine where in the message flow the problem exists.

The Messages section of the troubleshooting guide has sections on troubleshooting both inbound and outbound AMIS message delivery.
