We are attempting to setup a Hotline that people can call into annonymously. I have un checked all the center information boxes under the Playback Message Settings and that does not play the sender information when you play the message however, after you listen to the message you can press "9" Message properties and that provides the callers information. This what we are wanting to mask.
Is there any way to mask option "9" or make the sender information in the Message Properties unavailable?
We are running Unity Cisco Unity Connection version: 9.1.2TT1.11900-2TT1

Hi there,
You should be able to use the Custom Keypad Mapping Tool in Unity Connection Admin to disable the press 9 in the "After Message menu" to create a custom conversation that is applied to only the one Hotline mailbox.
