Hi all,

any recommended unified communications provisioning tool for day to day moves, adds, changes & delete.

I would like to off load the basic changes to our L1 IT support.

CUCM 12.5 has some much improved Quick Add functionality you could look into, if that is not an option and native CUCM interface is too complex, etc. I have customers using Akkadian Labs provisioning app (paid):

You can also look into Cisco Provisioning Manager, but most folks I know that have used it are dissatisfied with this product.
