Hello Guys,
I have a query about assigning a single device profile for multiple phones with different extensions.
CUCM simply creates a device profile with extension mobility privilege that is associated with an end-user, when the user login from the workstation. Also, it is used to disable the phone that is associated with the workstation where the user logs off.
Please find the scenario below.
Is there any way to achieve a single device profile in CUCM for multiple phones with different extensions by an end-user? please share your thought here!!!!

No that’s not possible. A UDP is tied to a user and have directory number(s) set on it. There is no way that the directory number would change depending on who logs in with the UDP.
BTW you do not need to use a UDP to disable this in logged out state on the phones.

Thank you Roger for the information, as we tried multiple UDP with single end user is working fine.
But the requirement is to achieve single UDP with multiple extensions by an end user.
if not possible, is there any work around in CUCM perspective. Please advice...

Create one UDP per user and assign any number of directory number(s) that the user should have to it.
