Accidentally, our Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) version 10.5.2.10000-5 experienced a critical failure that resulted in a complete loss of configurations and the deletion of the VM. We've since installed version 10.5.1.10000-7, and now we are in a predicament.
We are seeking guidance and expertise to determine if there's any way to recover and restore our previous configurations and data. Our primary objectives are as follows:
Data Recovery: We are in dire need of a method to recover our previous configurations and data that were associated with the now-deleted VM. If anyone has experience in data recovery for Cisco UCM, we would be immensely grateful for your insights and guidance.
Version Compatibility: We are exploring the possibility of upgrading our current version (10.5.1.10000-7) to the previous version (10.5.2.10000-5) to ensure compatibility with our original configurations. If you have experience or advice on how to accomplish this, we would greatly appreciate your assistance.
Note: we have a valid backup tar file from the previous setup but cant see the list of TAR files since the current version (10.5.1.10000-7) is not as the previous version (10.5.2.10000-5).

You need to setup a new CUCM with the same basic setup and version. You cannot restore the config from the backup if, the versions don't match.
Why did you setup a CUCM with a newer version in the first place, if the "deleted" CUCM was an older version?

Apparently there is no data recovery backup.
If you have a backup of 10.5.2.10000-5, install fresh cluster on 10.5.2.10000-5 with same network settings and restore the backup.
CUCM backups can only be restored on same version.
