We have a cisco b200 with multiple esxi hosts on it.
We were installing a centos-7 running on esxi 6.7 host and working on the command line of the VM creating a folder and was kicked out and it return the esxi vmware login window. Now we are no longer able to login to the esxi host. We can login to the other esxi hosts on the b series chassis.
Any ideas why we are no longer able to login. We enter the root account name and known password but doesn't work anymore ?

As per your post, you are working on Vmware CLi and the vmware kicks you out. If i understood your problem correctly this must be something asked in Vmware community.

This is a question that is unrelated to what is covered by this community. It’s not related that the Cisco UC systems run on VMware ESXi. You’ll have a better chance at getting quality help with this on the WMware forum.
