Call Detail Records on forwarded call from Unity Connection

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone help me with CDR details on forwarded calls which comes from cisco unity connection.

Below is the scenario;

My incoming calls on PRI is routed on my Cisco Unity Connection to play Welcome Greetings and if nobody answer the call it will ring on my reception as per the configuration.

Now, When i pulling out CDR records for my reception number i am seeing Calling Party number for all the incoming calls as one of my Voicemail port number instead of actual calling party.

Is there any way where i can see outsider (e.g mobile or landline number) as calling party number directly on my CDR reports ?

Vishal,

Can you set the Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity to True from Call Manager Service Parameters and then check.
