We have a handful of phones that will not record call history. While we've identified fixes for it (deleting ITL files, factory reset), hoping to identify what is actually causing the issue to happen and how it can be prevented.
Phones affected / firmware:
7942: SCCP42.9-4-2SR1-1S
7962: SCCP42.9-4-2SR1-1S
7965: SCCP45.9-4-2SR1-1S
CUCM Version: 10.5.2.13901-2

Try to upgrade/downgrade firmware on couple of phones and check..seems issue with phone firmware or BUG (there was a bug CSCud19308 which caused such issue earlier).
