Call Pickup not shown in Jabber 11.9.1

Hello, everybody,
I have a Jabber client, where only softphones are used. This client is in a call pickup group with other Cisco phones. On all Cisco phones, the pickup indicator is also shown on the display. Only not on the Jabber client.
I have set the parameter for <EnableCallPickup> to True in jabber-config.xml.

But no window is displayed on the PC. What can I do?

Hi Christian,

I think this is all you have to do to make it work! Did you restart the Cisco TFTP service on the CUCM and reset your Cisco Jabber?

yes, I even deleted the old jabber-config.xml, restarted TFTP, uploaded new config and restarted TFTP. No success :(

Lets start by making sure the jabber-config.xml file present in your TFTP server is updated.

You can access it using the following: http://<cucm-ip>:6970/jabber-config.xml

Also, did you perform a Config Refresh in the Jabber 11.9 client? It no longer downloads the XML file at every launch/login. On Windows it’s settings cog > help > refresh config.
