I need the correct configuration for the Unified CallManager to work 7975 Unified IP Phones and MeetingPlace. Has anyone have experience with this?

you'll need to read a lot of material or just look at the particular tasks that you want on the guides, the help for this page option within ccmadmin will also prove useful for you
