Can't delete user on cisco unity connection

Hello all ,

I have a cisco unity connection 10.5.2 , the problem that i have i can't delete a user , it give me this message :

Object not found User

Could you help me please

Are your users synched with either CUCM or LDAP? Is this a user level account, or an administrator?

The user synched with ldap , this is a user level account .

I assume the user is not in the DB which you are trying to delete. You could be able to check if the user exist on DB using SQL command. I need to check the DB tables to make SQL query.
