CAR/CDR Not working after 12.5 Upgrade

Ladies and Gents,

I spent a couple weeks trying to get CAR services working after we upgraded from 11.5 to 12.5.  After exhausting all sources I put a TAC Case in.  

This is the error I received:
"10012 : Database Error . Contact System Administrator”

FIX:
Workaround: Install COP file "ciscocm.CSCwc54624 _cdr-error_C0203-1.cop.sha512" 

I tried to download this from Cisco Software and it errored out so you may need to get a TAC Officer to send it to you!

Thanks for sharing. I hope you’re not stopping at 12.5 though since it reaches end of software maintenance in August. The recommended release these days is 15 SU1 so you’re off CentOS entirely.

I work for the DoD. We will probably stay with 12.5 until 2037.

What makes you say that? Why would the DoD stay on a version that isn’t supported for that long? CM 15SU2 is soon coming and it will be FedRamp certified.
