CCX editor 10.5 reactive debugger not reading correct file

Hello,

We recently upgraded to 10.5 and now the debugger will not work as did before. I will pick a file and it loads it but its not correct. Its showing an old version and I can't seem to change it. Does anyone know where I can update this? It used to work great now not so much.

Hi Laura

This usually happens if you edit the scripts and either:

- upload via web browser to UCCX, but do not 'refresh' the script and application when prompted

- save direct to the repository within the CCX Editor

If you do either of these, the script goes into the CCX DB, but is not refreshed into the file system where the scripts run from on each server. You need to go into the script management page, refresh the script, then go into application management and refresh the application.
