Hi All,
I have some problem with my CCX. lately, my UCCX often un-expected shutdown..
i'm looking for the logs in event viewer and found this log :
"CCX The previous system shutdown at 9:37:26 AM on 12/22/2011 was unexpected. "
before that log, appear another log :
"Failed GET SENSOR READING, sensor 9"
can you help me what's the root cause? are the problem is not updated firmware on server? or bug?
Thanks

Thanks for the details. I dont have full logs in this case but I looked at similar issues handled in TAC cases & 99% of the times ILO is the root cause. Upgrading ILO drivers to the latest versions will fix abrupt reboot issue & stop ILO related event viewer warnings. In same cases, Even the OS needs to be patched to the latest release.
My recommendation to you would be to open a Cisco TAC case for this issue, who will validate Cisco application side & then engage HP Support to validate ILO side.
Remember to rate the post if above detail helps.
