Hello,
When the service parameter "CDR Log Calls With Zero Duration Flag" is set to False, does it mean that the CDR less then or equal to 1 secondes are not log.
In a customer system, the CDR parametere is enabled and the parameter CDR Log Calls With Zero Duration Flag is set to False. When analyzing CDR, we find a lot of CDRs with a duration of one second.
Thanks,

Call with zero duration really refers to calls that were not answered, if you have calls with duration of 1, they were answered. You probably want to look into why you have those.

Zero length calls can also be not connected. (e.g. No route, user hung up before dialing all digits, etc)
