Has anyone experienced the issue with trying to forward a standard handset DN to an EM DN that is not logged in and getting busy tone on entering the last digit on CUCM v7. We are migrating from a v4 CM and there is no such issues. It looks like a parameter that has changed default in v7 or a tick box required.

Does the call forward target DN have a Call Forward Unregistered condition set; or, would the target have returned reorder if you had dialed it directly as well?

Hi Jonathan,
There is no CFA unregistered condition set and you do get reorder tone if dialled directly from a v7 phone.
If I CFA from a v4 phone to the unregistered v7 UDP it works!!
