Changing CUCM subscriber hostname to IP address in CUCM administration

I have a customer with a CUCM 10.0(1) cluster.  They wish to change the hostname for one of the subscriber entries in the Server section of CUCM application administration to that subscriber's IP address. Does the subscriber need to be reinstalled after doing this, or is there another procedure that can be done after this change is made to maintain database replication between the subscriber and the publisher?

That procedure is very well documented in the CUCM docs, have you reviewed it?
