Secure CUBE configuration with Twilio SIP Service

Hi All,

I am trying to configure CUBE for SIP registration with Twilio. the customer wants it to be a encrypted and do not want to use UDP 5060. Cisco 2911 router is used as the cube router. I have enabled IOS router as CA and issued a certificate for the router.

Under sip-ua the default trust point is added and "transport tcp tls" command is added. However when I look at the configuration "transport tcp tls" command is not displayed and the CUBE still uses UDP port 5060 for registration messages.
