Our marketing department has decided to begin inserting messages for upcoming events onto the default on hold music and has started wanting this changed every week. As far as I can tell this is a manual process to change the .wav file that is used.
1) If we have the files is there any way to automate this?
2) Is there an easy way to allow them to change the on hold music without giving them access into Unity?
