Hello,
I just received some new 9851 and 9861 phones and cannot get the phone services to connect with jabber. I have CUCM 12.5.1.14900-63 and IM and Presence is 12.5.1.14900-4

Restarting Cisco CTIManager seems to have fixed the issue.

What do you mean by "cannot get the phone services to connect with jabber"? Do you mean the phones cannot make phone calls to Jabber endpoints? Or do you mean that you built the phones in CUCM as Jabber devices? Or what what did you mean?

I apologize, that I'm probably asking the wrong questions. I cant get the new model phones connected to jabber. Only 9861s
