NTP Server Unreachable post upgrade CUCM 15 SU1

Hi Everyone

I have some issues after upgrading from CUCM version 12.5 to 15 SU1, the NTP appears warning as unreachable.

I tried to check the status in the cli, but the status is stopped but if I try to start the service the status service is running.

and the result of the diagnose test is that all status is passed.

if have some experience with this issue please let me know how to resolve it or what the impact to another service in cucm.

Have you reviewed the troubleshooting steps outlined in (look at this one first):

Troubleshoot NTP on Unified Communications Manager 

And then:

Configure and Troubleshoot NTP on CUCM and IM&P 

The cli output you posted appears as if NTP is repeatedly resetting itself. Is the NTP source NTPv4?

What ESXi version is the CM VM running on and what VM hardware compatibility version are the VM using?
