I'm trying to activate purchased cuac product on https://cisco-ac.arcsolutions.com but Im gett'ng an error that I attached file here.

Does someone face this issue before, I have try that chrome firefox and IE but no luck.?

Main page is working without  error but when i try to add customer for purchased customer section then im getting this error. that mean add customer funtionality is not working.
