We are having a very intermittent issue with CAD (8.5.1), where it simply crashes and displays an ...has stopped working message with the details below:

what is your UCCX exact version ? what is your OS version, is it 32 or 64 ?

Hi Paulo,
Please check the behaviour by reinstalling the CAD one more time.
I guess you have already run the CAD client configuration tool.
Please check out the below UCCX comp matrix for the supported client platforms,

We are running into the exact same issue with a slightly different version.
Versions are crosschecked and all listed as compatible according to the UCCX comp Matrix
Error began to occur about two weeks ago (at least that is when the agents began reporting it)
CAD version: 8.5.1.417 ; UCCX version:8.5.1.11004-25; CUCM version:8.5.1.13900-5
Agent Desktops are installed on Windows 7 systems
It is sporadic amongst all agents, no particular time of day or activity is occuring when it crashes

Hi All,
Is uccx 8.5.1.11004-25 compatible with CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5. I am facing the strange issue while downloading the Cisco Unified CCX Client Configuration tool plugins its giving the error "default entry:Awaiting return value from uploader.exe". Please help

Same thing on CCX 9.0.2.11001-24 (ES04-34) with CUCM10.
Any fix yet?
