Cisco ASDM download

I Tried to install ASDM but i didnt success all time givng  message

java runtime environment is not installed on this machine. please install Java runtime environment from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads

can you please advise me how to solve this issue.

If you do not have Java installed please install it from the link provided in your post. If you do have Java make sure it is enabled in your browser. If you use FireFox or WaterFox you will see a Red Error in the left side of the URL field, click is and select Enable Java or Allow.

its already enable ,and i dont use Firefox, i think the problem are from ASDM version, i will try to upgrade it and see.

Couple of things if you already have Java. Try installing a 32-bit version. Depending on the version of ASDM you may need to install an older version of Java such as Java 6.
