I have checked the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Administration and Installation Guide, appendix B Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced Migration and/or Upgrade and If I don't understand wrong there is only the option of migrate to new server:
This section provides instructions required to migrate an existing installation to a new server. The
instructions tend to scenarios such as:
• Migrating to a new server, running the same version of Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced
• Migrating to a new server, and upgrading to a later release of Cisco Unified Attendant Console
Advanced
• Migrating to a new server, running either the same or later Microsoft Server Operating System
• Migrating to a new server, running either the same or later Microsoft SQL Server version
• Disaster recovery using database backups
Our current deployment satisfy with the requirements for install CUAC 14. Is it possible deploy CUAC 14 over the current CUAC 12? or should I deploy a new server, restore current database data and then install CUAC 14?
