Cisco Instant Connect Server

Hi All,

I have been assigned a task to install and integrate  "Cisco Instant Connect" into network.

What are the prerequisites for  "Cisco Instant Connect"? i-e do i need to have CUCM/CME.

How can i get Cisco "Instant Connect Server" .OVA File?

What is Cisco Instant Connect? I’ve never heard of it.

Are you talking about instant messaging ?

If yes you need a CUCM.
