Hi Boris,
did you check SRND guide please ? There is chapter about LMR gateway interfacing and configuration.
Basically, you have to find MIC, SPEAKER, PTT outputs/inputs on your radio, if you want to communicate through analog E&M card.

Hi Boris,
I'm afraid MTR3000 doesn't have E&M port. I don't know radio's with E&M ports - it doesn't mean any such radios doesn't exists :-)
I found MTR3000 service manual for you. There are described front/back panel connectors.
http://www.dhcom.fr/notices/Notice_EN_%20MTR3000_Install_and_User_Manual_DHCOM.pdf
You can't simply put straight RJ cable between E&M VIC port and MIC port on the MTR.
Fortunately it looks that guys in Motorola prepared necessary input/outputs on J7 connector.
Look at page 2-21. You can find there TX/RX audio pins, PTT pins.
I think you should look some radio guy nearby you, he can help you with E&M to MTR cable creation. Or, try to contact networkedradio as sadiqyusuf wrote - in case you're not familiar with cable creation.

first you need to get an interface cable from this site: http://networkedradio.com/ then the configuration, you can find a step by step from the SRND guide doc.
i have a GM-300 radio with the interface cable to the E&M port, i've done the config step by step but still can't establish a call between the IP-phones and the radio.

Hi sadiqyusuf,
Did you try following test - dial into SIP phone integrated into IDC, then create Patch with Radio Channel or VTG (with your GM-300 radio) ? Or you were using IPICS phone service ?
Could you please describe what kind of tests did you do ?

yes i have two 7975 phone on a CUCM, integrated with the IPICS server, i have a cable connecting the GM300 radio to the E&M port on my RMS.
i can push a call from the DC to the IPphones but when i patch the radio channel, no signal.

Could you please describe more in detail what you mean with "no signal" ? In which direction ?
If you do PTT on IDC, could you speak to radio ? Did you hear signal from radio on IDC ?
Things to verify:
1. LMR gateway config
2. cable between radio and gateway
3. multicast routing
Could you please post your LMR gateway config here ?
I'm also adding some useful commands to check E&M/radio connection.
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 inject-tone network 1000
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 inject-tone network disable
- this will verify if your LMR gateway is sending multicast in case there is an audio-in signal at E&M
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 inject-tone local 1000
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 relay e-lead on ! E-lead is connected to PTT, so we do PTT ON
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 relay e-lead disable ! PTT OFF
LMR_gateway#test voice port 0/2/0 inject-tone local disable
You can use also debug vpm all to check LMR signaling at E&M.

After quick look at your config, I can't see ip pim sparse-dense-mode commands in Vif1 and Gi0/0 interfaces.

Hello Radim,
thanks for your observation, i have added the ip pim sparse-dense-mode commands in Vif1 and Gi0/0 interfaces. i also want to know before i test with the added config.........where am i suppose to configure multicast? on my access switch or the RMS. thank you.

Are you using a donor radio to access the channel you are using? what model radio?
