Cisco Presence integration with Microsoft OCS for Chat

Hi,

I have newly Cisco Presence server 9.1, CUCM 9.1 and I am using Jabber for windows clinet. We already have existing Microsoft OCS 2007 R2 for chat. We want to enable chat between Cisco Jabber user and Microsoft OCS 2007 R2 user.

Jabber & OCS user are part of same domain.

Is there any additional hardware or software required on CIsco or Microosoft side to enable this integration?

Can you please suggest configuration steps required on presence server for this integration?

Not required but a load balancer may be desired depending on scale and HA requirements.
