Please let me know is Cisco UC Phone 7942 is comes with the built in head set or do we have to buy it separately.

None of the Cisco IP phones have “built in” headsets. The 7962 does have a headset port, however.

you need a headset, cisco phones are not shipped with them.
variety of headsets are supported from all headsets vendors: Jabra, Plantronics and so on.
