We have a Cisco Attendant Console Business, but i don't like of the telephony number of LDAP in CUCM. In the Corporate Directory I have a incorrect numbers, example: *81 8127, where the correct number is 8127. In Cisco Attendant Console I not see a status of the directory number, and can'not call to directory number in this case.
Is there any way to manually create directories in Attendant Console? or change the imported numbers ?
In a moment a Directory Synchronization is Disabled in Attendant Admin, but in a Attendant Console of the operator have a Complete Directory.
