Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles Directory

Hello Unified Specialists,

We have a Cisco Attendant Console Business, but i don't like of the telephony number of LDAP in CUCM. In the Corporate Directory I have a incorrect numbers, example: *81 8127, where the correct number is 8127. In Cisco Attendant Console I not see a status of the directory number, and can'not call to directory number in this case.

Is there any way to manually create directories in Attendant Console? or change the imported numbers ?

In a moment a Directory Synchronization is Disabled in Attendant Admin, but in a Attendant Console of the operator have a Complete Directory.

You can right-click on a user and poke around the contact properties. I know that you can change the phone device name that BLF subscribes but I believe that it will only use the Main Extension. You can try checking the Use device name to see if you can get it working without choosing a specific extension.

You need to fix LDAP. When CUCM is LDAP-integrated the Extension field is read-only because it is pulled from the telephoneNumber or ipPhone field that you have set it to sync with. CUxAC copies the End User table from CUCM which contains this value (as well as mobile and homePhone if set).
