Hi all, have issue where for only a few random users message monitor stops letting them actually monitor when they hit the button, it acts like it tries but nothing. Then after a week or so it lets them do it again.
Has anyone heard of this before?

What is the symptom these users are seeing?
Is it the same users every time?
