Dear Guys,

one of my project I have CUC and the customer suddenly complained about that the CUC server not running through the VMware and when I went to console I saw these messages:

An error occurred during the file system check.

Insert the recovery disk and select the appropriate

Insert the recovery Disk then press ENTER:

Actually I have recovery file I took it before by disaster recovery! but how can I use it for this case!

If I removed the CUC and install it again how can I re-licensed again,,,Will I lose the license?

Thanks for all

Mohammad Saeed

Refer to below document, you can use the same steps for CUC as well:

Deepak

Thanks Deepak,

Can I use Unified Communication manager recovery file for CUC?

Thanks,

Yes, you use the same recovery disk for CUC.

Thanks Mohammed,

Actually I was made a recovery disaster files before that, if I reinstall it again and recover the files from inside CUC how could that help? and what about the license? can I reuse it again?

Thanks,

What is the CUC version??

And yes, usually a reinstall and DRS restore is better than a system that was fixed by the recovery disk

Hi Mohammad,

Please verify if there was an unclean shutdown as per the following as it may require a rebuild
