Hi
We have installed Cisco Unity connection 8.6 and configured Voice mail on it, We want to have an IVR on the Unity Connection.
When call comes to the general number call should have an IVR asking for Extention and when client press the number it should go the correct entered extention. How can I do this with Unity Connection ?

Look for " Call Handler " configuration in CUC which helps achieving IVR functionality.

I went through on Call Handlers in CUC, I have some questions on this .
1. What is the Call Flow of Incomming call to Unity Connection ? (VGW - > CUCM -> Unity or VGW -> Unity)
2. Unity need to collect number from Caller and forward that call to that number, how can we do this ?

1. All calls pass through CUCM, so VGW - > CUCM -> Unity
2. You can build CTI Route Point on CUCM and set the DN on it to call forward all to VM (check the checkbox for callforwardAll to VM), this way the called number will match when it hits UCXN
