Cisco Unity express -Script assistance

Dear Team,

We require some assistance on the attached script.

Our call flow is as follows: -

-- incoming call :- Welcome message  :- Press 1 for Arabic

                                                                Press 2 for English: -

---If you know the extension , dial now or dial 57xx for various departments , or dial 0 for reception .

The user needs to enter # after the dial by extension which we don’t want.

Is there a way to remove the implicit condition of # after the caller inputs the dial by extension .

Hi,

Here is the attached script that you need. Below is the screenshot of it:

In dial-by-extension properties, you need to select terminating key as None to avoid using #.

Thanks for your support.
One small query, Can we a record a message or play a prompt when users want the call to be transferred to Operator, like pressing 0.

Yes, you can add "Prompt" parameter before "Call Redirect" under operator section.
