Cisco Unity Rebuild

Hi

I have a customer running Cisco Unity on VM that needs to be rebuilt. I tried assigning the current Unity automated MAC address as a manual address on the new VM server, but it is not in range of assigned manual MAC addresses for VM.

What are my options? Can I contact Cisco and explain I am changing servers and get assigned a new license for new MAC address?
