Cisco Unity - Record download format changed

Hello everyone,

Is there an option to change the download format from 128kbps to 64kbps?

I suspect that after the version upgrade the download format changed.
We upload the recordings to other programs and now we have to use programs that change formats and we want to return the download to 64KBPS


Do you have any idea if this can be changed?

Check System Settings > General Config > Recording Format and confirm that it’s set the G.711 u-law. This should not have changed merely due to an upgrade though. If that’s already G.711 and you do not see anything in the release notes of all intervening versions since this was last working it’s a defect that you can pursue with TAC; they can’t change system functionality without documentation.

From the image you shared, it looks like you haven't uploaded any files or recorded the greeting. The download option is readout.

Could you explain a little more about your issue.
