After changing the interface ip and default gateway ip cisco router 4331, device got registered in new ip and its reachable. But the PRI's are getting registered to secondary subscriber, which is hosted in different location.
Whether I need to check anything else other than changing static ip of router.
Kindly provide solution

I assume you are using MGCP and the question is about the gateway registering with the CUCM. The CUCM IP it registered with is not the interface IP defined.
The device pool configuration on the CUCM gateway page determines which CUCM it registers with. The device pool has a CM group defined, which specifies the order of the CUCMs the devices register with.

Hi Nithin,
Yes CM group is defined, we have given primary and secondary server for same building and tertiary for another subscriber of different building. As after changing int IP the PRI are directly connected to tertiary subscriber and outgoing and incoming pstn calls are not happening

Do you have "ccm-manager config" and "ccm-manager config server X.X.X.X" in the config? If not, you need to manually make sure that the order of "mgcp call-agent" and "ccm-manager redundant-host" match the order of the call manager group in CUCM. If you change that when "ccm-manager config" etc is not present, you will need to do "no mgcp", wait until MGCP shutdown has completed, and then "mgcp" to make the change effective.

Thanks Elliot for the help, need to check it up,
Showing MGCP for int 0/0/0, if ip assigned to int 0/0/1, whether MGCP new configuration required to add?

If you want to use a different interface in the router you’ll need to change the MGCP bind commands. But this is not related to your original question where you asked about registration with CM nodes and how to change that order.
