Clear call history report on CUCME 10.5

RICK CLEMENTS
Level 1
Level 1

My call history report native to the CME is "Stuck".  I cannot clear it and it hasn't been updating call records since April 6th, 2016.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to clear these records?  This is on a 2911 router, CME 10.5/CUE 8.6.12 and about 35-7965 telephones.

Hi Rick - Is "missed-calls" configured on the ephone? :

ephone-dn 1 dual-line

number 4001

ephone 1

mac-address 0014.6AAC.24E3

type 7960

button 1o1,30,31 2:2 3:3

missed-calls all

Other things to check:

ip http server

ip http authentication local

ip http secure-server

ip http path flash:/gui

Do you have the " type XXXX" where XXXX=phone model in your ephone configuration?

Telephony-service:

url directories http://10.1.1.1/localdirectory

url services http://10.1.10.1/voiceview/common/login.do

url authentication http://10.1.10.2/CCMCIP/authenticate.asp

IF you make any changes, do this:

no create cnf-files

create cnf-files

No, we don't use anything like that.  It is not on the per phone basis that I am having the issue. It's the actual call history report in the CME GUI that I cannot clear.

This entire setup I fully understand and have set up and used for years but I have a system that froze on April 6th, 2016 and no matter what I do I cannot remove the call records and they will not update or record new call records. I have adjusted mib size and retainer time and have even taken them out completely but the old records just sit there.

Here is a small example of the end of the table. It stopped there and that was that

Did you ever find a solution to this?  We still have a client on CME and their call history has frozen up as well.  It hasn't updated for a few months.

Okay - Tough one. If you want to send me the "show run" (passwords removed of course)  I am happy to take a look.
