Hello guys,
Has anyone ever come across this situation before. There is a working Cisco Click-to-call deployment but when a user tries to make a call from outlook (outlook contacts do not have a 9 prefix before the contacts) it fails because it does not have a 9 as a prefix in order to make an outbound call. The click-to-call application setting has a 9 configured as it’s prefix yet the calls still fails because it tries to call out without the 9 prefix.
Guys, does anyone have a work-around?
cheers

You could try an Application Dial Rule
On UCM Call Routing/Dial Rules/Application Dial Rules
I don't know your number format but something like this:
Number of Digits: 10
Total digits to be removed: 0
Prefix with Pattern: 9

Have you enabled "Apply Application Dial Rules on SOAP Dial Request" the default is false
Service Parameters/Cisco webdialer web service.
Don't forget to restart the webdialer after the change.
