I am interested to find out what others are doing in the community for Click to Dial options. As noted Cisco has dropped the Native Click to Dial a while ago (8.X) , given my customer is running 9.x and moving to 10.5.x this option would appear to be no longer available.
This is a financial trading institution which also runs the Salesforce CRM, it appears Cisco used to support a connector for this product but I cant find any Documentation or downloads.
What are others doing to achieve "Click to Dial" other than using Jabber etc.?

I am currently looking into options for a client for a similar requirement, these are some third party apps that support click to dial.
The Imagicle one needs a server but integrates with Sales Force

Another option is InGenius:
Their product integrates with CUCM, or UCCE, or UCCX. Requires a server within your environment with a 3rd-party signed SSL certificate.

Another good option to check out is Callinize. The website shows support for click to dial with Cisco pbx's and desk phones and connects with Salesforce.

Tenfold offers an integration for Salesforce and Cisco which offers features such as click to dial, automatic call logging, easy note taking and task creation, screen pops on inbound and outbound calls, new lead/contact creation when no matching records, support for cases/opportunities and advanced analytics on the back end. Hope that helps! https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/ciscopbx/
