CME 8.6 and 7941G not passing dial pad tones during call

Hello all...

Have a perfectly good working config of CME 8.6 on 2851 ISR using 7941G phones. The issue is, when in a call, you are unable to navigate using dail pad, for example, voice tree options, or a remote voice mail system. So it seems the phones are not passing the dail pad tones (for lack of a better description). I tried googling the issue, but no luck. I'ma bit of newbie with voice....so any help with this would be appeciated.

Are you using SIP trunk or what exact type of phone lines are you using ?

Yes Paolo.....using a SIP trunk calling out to a PSTN number. I have a configured SIP-UA. I use the same sip provider (callwithus) for my Asterisk system, and have no issues. Using different non Cisco phones though.
