Hi Guys;
I have search on the internet and knows that CME does not support SIP phone for second dial tone about six years ago.

Does it support now?
In my customer site I have configured below command on CME but it doesn't work (customer phone type: 3905 SIP phone)
telephony-service
secondary-dial digit-string
I have registered my CIPC on CME, the second dial tone works.

Hi,
Suresh is right, secondary dial tone is not presently supported for any SIP phone registered to CME. If you have a business case you may engage your Cisco Account team for a feature request.
