Hi,
We have a Cisco 2951 with Call Manager Express installed. We have extracted the Web GUI files and confirmed all are present in the flash. The IOS details are: C2951 Software (C2951-UNIVERSALK9-M), V15.2(1)T1 (fc1). When we run the url (http://ip_address/ccme.html we are presented with a pop-up login, we login and the pop-up disappears, at which point we are then presented with a blank IE screen, no errors, just done in the bottom corner. We have also tried this in Firefox and makes no difference. There are no firewalls in between the PC we are trying on and the CME.
Does anyone know of any issues with version of IOS or any ideas as to where the issue may be?
Regards
Neil

We are using CME V8.8, with Microsoft IE V7 & V8. We did also try Firefox but I'm unsure of the version.

Neil,
Check out if following helps..
CME GUI Displays a Blank Screen
Problem
In a CME/CUE environment, CUE functions fine. However, when you use the CUE GUI to configure the phones or extensions, the screen appears gray with view window displayed in the left corner.
Solution
This issue can occur in the directory entry name command under telephony-service, the name value is entered with quotation marks. Remove the quotation marks from the directory entry name to resolve the issue.
Note: The value for the name field in the command directory entry name should be configured in the following way: 1 to 24 alphanumeric characters, including spaces. Name cannot include opening or closing quotation marks (`, ' , ", or ").
Note: Also, make sure that the GUI files are loaded into the flash.

Hi,
Thanks for the info. I'm not sure this applies to my issue, I get the blank screen as soon as I have logged in. I never get any of the GUI webpages presented to me at all.
Many thanks for your assistance.

Neil

Hi,
All the above configuration is in the place, the only part I changed was:
ip http path flash (I had this configured) and changed it to - ip http path flash:/gui
This change didn't make any difference though. Any other ideas?
Many thanks for your assistance.
